The children featured throughout this website are actual kidnap victims. Some were found murdered, with no clue as to how they were killed or who killed them. The rest have not been seen or heard from since they were reported missing. Law-enforcement agencies across the nation, including the FBI, are seeking information in missing-child cases in all 50 States, U.S. Territories, and some foreign countries.

The Soldiers And Kids Program, is the creation of the the brave Men and Women of The United States Armed Forces. Child kidnappings, molestation and murder cases in America are fast approaching epidemic proportions and must be stopped. The Soldiers-And-Kids program is unlike any child-safety program in place today in any country. The program was developed based on real-life events experienced by members of our armed forces during their childhood years.  

America, it's time that we open our eyes and acknowledge the fact that if appropriate preventive measures are not put in place, our children will continue to be stalked, molested and murdered by the thousands each year. Child molestation, disappearances and runaways can be prevented.
