The success of  The Soldiers-and-Kids Program is due in part to the strength of our proactive educational guides, which tells the truth about child-targeted crimes in America. They show parents how to train their children and their communities so that they are able to identify threats, not only in their community but in their families as well.

Our overall success comes from the program's founder and the contributions made by the brave Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, and Airmen who helped to develop this life-saving service. The Soldiers-and-Kids Program is a multi-faceted child safety program, featuring realistic educational tools and information that promote realistic child safety. 

 

SERVICE FEATURES

Each member Family will receive the following FREE services and instructional information:

Ø Tips on how to prevent spousal/parental kidnappings; (computer download only)

Ø Tips on how to prevent stranger and acquaintance kidnappings; (computer download

       only)

Ø    Child sexual molestation and abuse indicators; (computer download only)

Ø Tips on how to kidnap-proof your child and your home; (computer download only)

Ø How to find out if your child is being stalked; (computer download only)

Ø    How child molesters pick their victims; (computer download only)

Ø Why you should teach your child(ren) how to fight; (computer download only)

Ø    Information on child prostitution in the U.S. and how it's spreading out of

       control (computer download only)

Ø     24 hour emergency response;

Ø 5,000 missing child posters, when and if needed, delivered within 24 hours to the victim

       child's home; 

Ø 5,000 suspect wanted posters, when and if needed, delivered within 24 hours to the

       victim child's home;

 

ENROLLMENT/MEMBERSHIP  

Your peace of mind starts here. Each child enrolled in The Soldiers-and-Kids Program will be covered for life, as long as they remain in the program. Enrollment is set at FREE for every child.

January 15th of each year a new and up-to-date photo of each enrolled child is required to replace the old one that is stored in our data base. This ensures that a current up to date photo is on file at all times and that any feature changes in the child can be captured and updated in our system. 

MISSING CHILD RECOVERY

In the event of a Soldiers-and-Kids registered child being reported as missing, a private investigator will be assigned to the case to assist law enforcement authorities and the family to locate the missing child and the person responsible. This service is provided completely FREE of charge to all members.

IDENTIFICATION

Once your child's enrollment fee is received and processed, you will receive an email instructing you to upload the photo of each child being enrolled into the program.

You will need to provide us with a 4" x 6" full color photo of each child being enrolled. This is required so that in the event you report to us that your child is missing, has disappeared, or has run away from home, we will have a current and up-to-date color photo to create and distribute 5,000 full-color, detailed missing child posters.  Do not enroll your child until you have on hand the 4" x 6" photo mentioned above. 

All photos once received are stored by The Soldiers-and-Kids Program and protected by a password known only to the child's parent or guardian. This prevents the chance of a child's photo being confused with another child in the event of an emergency. It also prevents the possibility of anyone tracing the photo back to your address. 

Fact: The FBI reports that 74% of all children abducted in the United States are murdered within 3 hours of their abduction. This is why time is crucial when a child is missing.

If notified that a Soldiers-and-Kids enrolled child is missing, the investigating law enforcement agency will be contacted immediately and the incident verified. After details have been obtained, 5,000 full-color missing child posters will be created and delivered to the missing child’s family within 24 hours, completely FREE of charge.

If notified that a Soldiers-and-Kids enrolled child has been molested, raped, or murdered and the suspect’s information is known, the investigating law enforcement agency will be contacted immediately and the incident verified. After details have been obtained, 5,000 full-color  posters bearing the appropriate heading with the suspect's photo and information will be created and delivered to the victim's home or to the investigating law enforcement agency within 24 hours, completely FREE of charge. 

PRIVACY

NOTE: Personal information, such as the child’s name, address, or other information identifying the child is not required, nor will it be requested or stored in our database. Every child's photo will be stored in our system using a password known only to the child's parent or guardian who enrolled them into the program. The only time this information will be required is in the event your child is ever discovered missing.

REWARD

To increase attention to a missing child or child-targeted sex crime case, The Soldiers-and-Kids Program will immediately post a reward for the safe return of the missing child and/or the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible.
